To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩年曾上電台接受訪問,會展內的Buffet成了自己推介必去的食肆之一,多年來,餐廳的陣容作了不少改進,近日便推出了「海鮮 · 味力,環球盛薈」。 除了滙豐信用卡,可享有八折優惠外,更有免費任飲指定紅白餐酒、啤酒、橙汁及汽水,性價比是越來越高。 而餐廳方面亦將食物的陣容大執位。 Seafood Station 入門口處是龍蝦專櫃,擺放了大量原隻即開波士頓龍蝦,未食已經興奮,嫣紅的蝦膏倍覺誘人,肉質爽甜,蝦膏豐腴,正。 海鮮專櫃亦都轉放中央位置,鱈場蟹腳、花蟹、翡翠螺、凍蝦及青口,質素絲毫沒有退減,尤其是花蟹,size細少少,但肉質清甜;翡翠螺柔韌又少碎殼,不錯。 如果怕生冷海鮮,又有白汁芝士生蠔、煙肉焗生蠔及莧菜焗蠔,三款不同味道,個人較喜歡甜美的莧菜焗蠔。 刺身 沒有了帶子,但依然有象拔蚌、三文魚、吞拿魚、平政魚及北寄貝,品種比起好多酒店Buffet還要多,平政魚的出現,更是令人喜出望外,加上連囝囝都愛吃的象拔蚌及北寄貝,自己都不自覺地掃了好幾round。 又有海鹽醃三文魚及紅菜頭醃三文魚,都是肥美

又有海鹽醃三文魚及紅菜頭醃三文魚,都是肥美可口的菜色。

燒美國特級牛扒特意取中間帶血的位置,朋友更是厚切一大片,肉味濃郁又有嚼口,簡單的灑少許鹽,味道更鮮。

想不到囝囝對堂煎羊扒情有獨鍾,一口氣消滅了三件,老實說,羶味輕盈,一般人都易於接受。



鐵板燒



起初望見冰鎮的海鮮併盤時,都有點奇怪,以為係刺身山,原來鱈魚、三文魚及龍脷柳,都是即煎,吃落帶少許焦香。

另外有燒山椒鰻魚及皇帝蟹腳,兩款都令人滿意,鰻魚肉軟綿細緻,略嫌有些少碎骨,而蟹腳早已破開兩半,食起來更方便,肉質帶咸鮮,用來佐酒一流。





係龍蝦Station有野菌濃湯,質地濃稠,菌味突出,好飲。

而中湯是海底椰霸王花煲豬展,夠火喉,醇香甘甜,不過盛湯的食具太細了,飯兩啖已經見底。




熱葷

種類既多又好食,中西日式,蒸炸煮煎炒烤樣樣齊。

海南雞飯獲朋友力讚,小小一碗份量啱啱好,雞肉嫩滑,雞油飯夠香,但個人喜歡多些少雞油。

有Buffet大熱,質素好的Movenpick雪糕,而且是獨立杯上,方便衛生,有香草、士多啤梨、瑞士朱古力及Panna Cotta四種口味,一口氣都試了,壓軸甜品有雪糕,真是完美。
