To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吞拿魚、油甘魚、北寄貝、象拔蚌、北海道帶子及三文魚,種類的確比坊間的多,個人最愛一定係軟熟既北海道帶子,至於北寄貝同象拔蚌都在Buffet中較少踫上,加上解凍過程處理得好,足以令人吃過不停。

當然要喝即煮海龍皇湯,雖然欠了鮑魚,但仍有鱸魚、鮮魷、蜆肉及蝦仁,湯底清澈而且鮮甜。

燒美國牛肩肉
特意等至中後段時間先試,因為越近中間位,就更有mediym rare的質感,肉味亦都比較濃郁,吃的時候,不妨灑點鹽,個人認為味道會更提鮮。

鐵板燒大蝦 以往在自助餐中出現,往往被視作signature食物,在薈景竟然是可以任食,而且每隻足5,6吋長,蝦殼脆卜卜又甘香,蝦肉爽彈,實在是一個潛藏的回本位。

酥皮焗蟹肉杯大家都給外形騙了,內裡的蟹肉只有一兩湯匙,想食多點,拎多幾杯吧!

翡翠炒蘭花蚌雖然大路,但自己太喜歡食西蘭花了,乾脆挑了半碟西蘭花。

望望偌大的甜品區,還有法式Mini Canele、Mini Fruit Tart、開心果意大利芝士筒、意大利咖啡朱古力杯、朱古力芭芙、草莓忌廉卷、芒果乳酪忌廉、美式布朗尼、焦糖菠蘿椰子餅與及木槺布甸,數起來,也未免太豐富了。

其實每次到訪薈景,都有不同的體驗,除了基本吸引人的菜色外,增添了生蠔及鮑魚家族,訂價卻未有太大加幅,部份信用卡更有不同折扣優惠,CP值十足。
