To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每個月都會吃一次自助餐的我,今年已不知第幾次吃自助餐了,薈景就肯定是我心目中最欣賞的其中一間,食物款式繁多,質素又好。除了食物外,座位的安排也相當寬敞,不會很擠迫的。最後,當然是價錢合理,現在更有信用卡優惠,非常抵吃。 生蠔從來不是小弟的至愛,有無亦可,可是這兒的生蠔卻很值得吃,每晚會供應3款不同的生蠔,是晚就分別有Smoky Bay, Tasmania & South Africa Live Oyster,每款都很新鮮肥美,而且是即叫即開,鮮味不絕。 另外,海鮮吧貴精不貴多,有長蟹腳、麵包蟹、凍蝦、黑鮑魚及翡翠螺等等,款式雖不多,但都很新鮮,若論海鮮製成的熱盤,絕對比凍海鮮更為吸引,而且款式比凍盤更多。 現在的主題是環球美食,所以不難發現頭盤中有很多不同地方的菜式。如日式的前菜、中式的滷味、西式的凍肉芝士、泰式的蝦餅及印式的烤雞肉等等… 另外,近來喜歡吃沙律,尤其喜歡這個既健康又好味的紅菜頭藜麥沙律,質感又好。當然不能錯過鮮味的刺身及壽司,帶子切得厚身又鮮甜,是我的推介。 來到熱盤,基本上都是以海鮮為主,有席前燒的貝類海鮮,今天正正是供應貴妃蚌

來到熱盤,基本上都是以海鮮為主,有席前燒的貝類海鮮,今天正正是供應貴妃蚌,爽口鮮甜。旁邊則是招牌的鐵板燒大蝦,蝦身有手掌之大,十分誇張,最重要的是還很爽口彈牙。

即席燒海鮮固然好味,預先準備好的海鮮熱盤一點也不弱,有美味的海膽醬蒸蛋,很滑溜的,還有燒鯖魚,感覺很有日本風情;另外,還有酥皮蟹肉杯,包含著鮮味的蟹肉,奈何杯子雖大,內裡卻不多,不過這樣也好,可以吃多些其他款式。

此時,不妨來個湯羹來滋潤一下,所以中式燉湯就最適合了,今天供應的是蓮藕湯。若然不喜中湯,那麼就來個招牌的海龍皇湯,每次都總是忍不住口喝上一碗,鮮味無比,值得一試。

現在更有推廣做著,就是每位客人會有一份紅燒原隻鮑魚,燜煮得入味,而且鮑汁香濃,配上一口紅米飯,回味無窮。

再來征戰一番,先來點豉椒炒蜆及辣酒煮皇冠螺,兩者都十分惹味,不過後者卻帶上辣勁,慢慢從口中散發出來,而且螺肉很爽口,友人更說要加個公仔麵撈來吃,太誇張了。

以上都是些海鮮菜式,證明是何等豐富,接著便是些肉料理,先是香草豬肉腸伴酸椰菜,看著捲成圓餅的肉腸,心中不禁暗喜,吃幾多便切幾多,酸椰菜又可中和油膩;可是,個人則較為喜歡香茅骨,炸得酥脆,有胃口的可嘗試著下。

當然不能錯過燒牛肩肉及羊肉脾,小弟不吃羊的,所以將焦點放回燒牛肩肉身上,食燒牛肉當然要等到中心部位時才吃,不但肉質嫩口,呈半生熟狀外,肉味亦濃,十分好吃。

其實,整個自助餐最吸引我的並不是什麼奢華的食物,而是片皮鴨,趁著熱辣辣出爐時,皮脆肉嫩,令人愛不釋手。另外,香煎鴨肝也相當受歡迎,厚切得來,煎得微微香脆,可是我卻怕怕膽固醇而沒有吃到。

胃口始終有限,甜品已宜少嚐,不過款式真多,花多眼亂,從中挑選了幾款來吃,賣相真有趣。
