Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

可能是長假期關係,近月各大小酒店,都在Buffet上動腦筋,既有buy one get one,亦有小童免費,更有四送一之類,但說到底,還是要食物具質素,這是硬拼的比較。會展的CongressPlus,一向是自己鐘情的Buffet餐廳之一,很喜歡開揚的環境,闊落的座位,與及每個食物區都無須排隊,令人食得暢快。Seafood Station雖然欠缺了生蠔,但海鮮陣容依然強勁,先由最受歡迎的原隻半開波士頓龍蝦食起,嫣紅的蝦膏非常吸引。沒有了生蠔,卻有鮑魚,當然又是無限量供應啦。另外仲有鮮甜的鱈場蟹腳與及近年Buffet新貴麵包蟹,不過蟹殼實在太硬淨,要花點功夫。 至於翡翠螺及凍蝦都是件頭大貨色,肉質飽滿而有彈性,不錯。 磯煮鮑魚大根有點喧賓奪主的感覺,其實鮑魚煮得柔韌入味,但更令人意想不到是,墊底的日本蘿蔔清甜軟稔,在舌尖溶化似的,超正。刺身沒有了以往的北海道帶子,代替的是在自助餐中少見的平政魚,當然要有試試,加上北寄貝、三文魚及吞拿魚,都是新鮮可口。日式小食在刺身吧旁邊是櫻花平政魚薄切、和風海鮮木瓜沙律與及土佐昆布穴子豆腐。Carving Station首推鐵板大蝦,每隻都五六吋大,蝦殼

其實仲有潮州粉果、 天多利烤雞、 印式烤魚、 粟米芝士餅、 炸蝦片、鮮胡椒炆豬軟骨煲、

土豆吉拿棒、薈景麵食、 上湯揚三文魚、 鱈魚柚子小鍋、 日式雜菜粥、 XO醬炒蘿蔔糕及脆炸蘆筍紫菜蝦卷,熱葷陣容又是令人回味。

即煮海龍皇湯一向是自己必點菜色,雖然少了鮑魚仔,但味道依然豐富。

另一款中湯是蓮藕綠豆煲唐排,火喉十足,鮮甜可口,忍不住喝了兩碗。
