三文魚中心位置相當嫩滑,肉汁成功被鎖住。雖然調味偏淡,但魚味鮮味相對突岀,重口味人士就可以按個人喜好加上微酸開胃嘅醬汁。三文魚底下佈滿富牛油香嘅蔬菜,有蘿蔔粒、蘆筍、豆、西蘭花、爽口無青味嘅椰菜花,絕對可以補充到足夠嘅纖維。

豬頰肉口感同想像中有啲岀入(以為佢係同牛面頰一樣軟嫩有彈性)。食落反而比較似煲湯個啲豬肉,質地相當軟淋,唔係我鍾意嘅類型~ 不過薯蓉就扳回唔少分數,質地軟綿,牛油同薯仔平衡得幾好,唔會互搶風頭。

泡芙擠滿hazelnut & almond cream,好滑好濃榛子味。當中加有原粒榛子增添口感,唯獨泡芙質地較為鬆軟,只帶微脆。螞蟻人表示甜度還好啦。榛子 x Cream愛好者不容錯過!覺得唔夠甜仲可以點埋旁邊嘅caramel醬~


整體嚟講,環境同味道都唔錯!特別推薦Seafood Pasta、le confit de canard、1910 Paris-Brest。放工想同朋友chill一chill,呢到都係一個唔錯嘅選擇!Weekend 仲有相對抵食啲嘅brunch~
