To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久唔久就會來幫襯，立足打冷鋪中段，大大個藍色招牌，好易認。頭盤必食推介魚皮，唔會太重wasabi味之餘，魚皮又夠爽口！再加椒鹽雙拼，尤魚加九肚魚，一次過滿足晒2個口味，出面鋪頭只可單叫，呢度對客人真係多左份貼心，滿足到有選攞困難症、心大心細兩樣都想食的我們！今日老闆推介有竹節蝦，花螺，再加碼蒸扇貝，2隻都肯做比我地，好窩心呢！唔會過熟、新鮮！正！再來奄仔蟹粥，d粥又香又甜，大大鍋，足夠6人份度。伙記們亦不能不讚👍🏻，落單提醒我地唔好叫太多，因為呢度份量比出面大，絕對唔縮皮，價格仲好親民，有人情味之餘又有親切感，希望呢d地道小鋪可以繼續經營落去。
