日等夜等,終於等到政府放寬晚市啦,今晚一於同朋友嚟食餐勁嘅,賀一賀放寬後既第一個晚餐漁獲浜燒,顧名思義,主力係食燒物,呢度最出名就係用火槍燒嘅食物,我哋今日就食好啲啲,叫咗個海鮮拼盤,試一試呢度師傅嘅手勢,生猛嘅波士頓龍蝦就係我面前,佢扎扎跳,活力十足等我影個拼盤俾大家睇吓先,有原隻既龍蝦,慘慘豬,本來生生猛猛嘅龍蝦,而家就黎要比我食啦仲有大大隻嘅帆立貝,佢仲未死㗎,口擘擘咁,仲有北寄貝同埋文蛤係等師傅燒嘅過程期間,梗係食住等啦,叫咗碟香口嘅炸芝士外皮非常香脆,入邊係軟身嘅芝士順便介紹埋後面嘅醬汁先,最左邊係點海鮮既豉油,而最右邊就係七味味㬝,味道會係辣辣地如果大家真係覺得海鮮唔夠味道先好,不過建議大家都係原汁原味食就最正,因為海鮮嘅鮮味再加少少海水嘅味道就係最佳配搭另外仲有呢個色彩繽紛嘅沖繩沙律,就咁望已經令人覺得好開心,沙律醬汁係柚子醋汁,上面綠色嘅係海葡萄,食落去嘅感覺有啲似食緊蟹子,一粒粒係你個口入邊爆開,仲有黎自沖繩嘅苦瓜,沙律菜三文魚、吞拿魚、八爪魚刺身等等一路食一路有得睇住師傅烹調食物,真係賞心樂事最後佢地終於上枱啦,所以話新鮮嘅海鮮其實係咩都唔使點就已經可以食到佢嘅鮮甜
