旺角六小福有「白灼韭菜花 」、「白灼海蜇頭 」、「白灼水鱿魚」、「白灼鮮豬脷」、「 白灼鮮豬肚」和「 白灼鮮粉腸」,樣樣嘢都好吸引,但我哋人少冇理由六樣嘢嗌晒,最後決定咗以下两樣,就係「白灼鮮豬脷」和「白灼海蜇頭」,豬脷暖暖哋,好乾淨,完全冇異味,海蜇頭好純白,大大件,有彈性,蔴油味好香,两様都偏淡口味好健康,另配有辣椒豉油,供偏重口味人士使用,够貼心👍我本人就鍾意健康的原味😜至於湯品亦揀呢招牌的「杏汁菜膽白肺湯」和「胡椒豬肚雞湯」,絕對真材實料,味道濃郁,杏汁白肺好出色;豬肚湯胡椒味好濃,冬天飲好好。仲叫咗飽肚的「家鄉炒米粉」,海鮮酒家,炒米粉都唔少得海鮮,有大大隻蝦同埋啲魷魚粒粒。「旺角避風塘炒蟹」係呢晚重點,好大隻的新鮮蟹,啖啖肉,肉質鮮甜夠結實,啲肉又唔會太乾,真係好考師傅功夫,不愧為米芝蓮星級班底的製作,惹味的炸蒜冇得輸。

至於湯品亦揀呢招牌的「杏汁菜膽白肺湯」和「胡椒豬肚雞湯」,絕對真材實料,味道濃郁,杏汁白肺好出色;豬肚湯胡椒味好濃,冬天飲好好。仲叫咗飽肚的「家鄉炒米粉」,海鮮酒家,炒米粉都唔少得海鮮,有大大隻蝦同埋啲魷魚粒粒。

「旺角避風塘炒蟹」係呢晚重點,好大隻的新鮮蟹,啖啖肉,肉質鮮甜夠結實,啲肉又唔會太乾,真係好考師傅功夫,不愧為米芝蓮星級班底的製作,惹味的炸蒜冇得輸。
