To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中式湯當中,我最愛應該係用川芎百芷天麻做主角嘅湯,碰巧今晚嘅湯品就係川芎百芷天麻燉魚王。

佢個魚王以英國嘅鱸魚做主角,咬落去,連骨都可以溶化,不過百芷天麻嘅味道唔算特別濃厚,你會覺得有點可惜,不過呢一個燉湯聽講係用咗十幾個鐘嘅心血去做。

松露醬帶子蝦球炒蘆筍,用帶子加拿大帶子,松露醬雖然濃但係都搶唔到個帶子嘅新鮮香氣,蘆筍同蝦肉鬥爽口,清新得來又吃得到鮮味。

個人幾喜歡黑虎掌菌慢煮牛小排這個配搭,牛小排當然溫度韌度都好,點晴的卻是黑虎掌菌,直頭食完成個口都香到不得了。

冬天已過去,吃臘味要快,試一口芋頭臘味炒飯就已經不想冬天咁快來,臘味的香氣,炒得勁鮮明,每粒都沾有臘味的美,芋頭味反而不強,就算我個人不特別愛芋頭,都會覺得可接受。
