To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左班朋友聚會,揾咗呢間未試過嘅邊爐放題有4個lv,揀咗有澳洲和牛的lv3。湯底有大概7至8種,揀咗最普通嘅壽喜燒鍋。今次係每人一個小鍋的方式,啱晒有潔癖的朋友澳州和牛唔錯,有牛味,亦冇雪味,脂肪比例都算均勻,肉類淨係食呢樣都夠 其他羊肉同豬肉就一般貨色。出面有自助食品區,有各式菜同丸,亦冇乜特別推薦。揀lv3有得任飲埋酒,有紅白清啤,啱晒想飲酒的人士。雪糕係movenpick,呢個價錢有啲驚喜。啲執枱姐姐手腳好快,倒完牛肉幾分鐘後就過嚟收碟,讚! 埋單每人300幾,尚算抵食
