十多年前舊同事帶我嚟食,從始年年都一定最少嚟幫襯幾次,因為位置在舊式街市無冷氣,只可以等秋涼後嚟食。我通常都叫細絲蓉麵,雪菜肉絲配上海雲吞麵。一般都會覺上海雲吞是主角,我就推介雪菜肉絲先係,加埋醋及辣醬,好味開胃 有時我都會叫絲抓麵,即係鳳抓配雪菜肉絲麵,鳳抓爽口入味,當然都要加醋及辣醬啦另外,會係隔嚟合記叫杯茶加件油多,食油多或鮮油多一定要加沙糖,咬落去索索聲,正啊講真,唔係好食到嘩嘩聲,不過耐無食就會囉囉攣😄
