To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自己一個在旺角放工，最近興起食海鮮丼，行到勝利道，見到呢間小店，便衝入去餐牌上寫可以自己揀喜歡的魚生作海鮮丼，又或者選擇set 都得，除了魚生飯，都有熱食，但我無影全部餐牌添我選擇左角切魚生親丼飯，賣相不錯，55元但用料分足，魚生佈滿了一整碗。雖然係角切，但魚生並不是切頭切尾。飯也是暖暖的，配合wasabi 一齊食，滋味無窮。做野壓力大，追加油甘魚到海膽。油甘魚鮮味，厚肉。加埋海膽，絕對抵消本周的工作壓力
