To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見大家樂tea time有新option--特色關東煮(只售$19,用埋coupon再減$2),嘩廿蚊樓下都幾棧鬼,有理冇理一於試下先得! 呢個特色關東煮包括:紅豆西多士,一碗仔熱食,同埋餐飲!先講紅豆西多士,平時食慣花生醬做餡,今次換了做紅豆,請真真係第一次食!佢紅豆餡夠多,脹卜卜咁,再加埋煉奶,真係甜到漏呀! 至於主角"關東煮",初頭以為佢係指烏冬,原來係一札芋絲+3舊大蘿蔔+冬菇+一條類似仙竹卷的物體!依我個人口味黎睇,成碗都淡淡的近乎冇味、感覺好齋!D蘿蔔似白烚兼且有根,芋絲硬硬的略嫌未夠熟,只有那條"仙竹卷"叫做較好,總括黎講我對呢個關東煮有D吃不消!
