To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行山友話海港啲長腳蟹扺食（要預先訂），二話不說，先訂蟹同位，試試佢！領票入座同揀蟹，想同阿姐講要大啲都唔怕，但佢推薦話4斤鬆啲好啲，太大啲肉質無咁好，既然佢咁講，唯有信佢，整隻4斤多少少，當然係用最簡單又原汁原味嘅～清蒸。睇落唔算好大隻，但二口子食啖啖肉，過癮非常。加個蟹膏炒飯（加$100），但講真係無乜蟹膏味，但有鑊氣，又一粒粒，算啦，反正食蟹腳都飽晒。呢個價錢親民又貼地，唔怪之得六點半都座滿人。如果我啲朋友想食，真心想嚟多次，呢個價分分鐘自己買都未必得。我哋仲叫咗一斤勺蝦，啫啫生菜煲，啤酒同甜品，埋單$1500回頭度：7/10
