🔮馳名古法炭燒烤鵝半隻
傳統炭燒烤鵝,外面睇烤到色澤好靚,表皮脆,鵝味濃,食落有肉汁而入口鵝油味香,肥而不膩,上碟時有半隻鵝頭,唔洗擔心俾人誤會係鴨,老豆也說不錯呀! 

🔮粟米魚肚羹
魚肚份量都都好多,啖啖魚肚,一大窩絕對夠每人兩碗,粟米甜又有蛋香,好味! 

🔮西蘭花帶子
雖然係雪藏帶子,但係廚師用珍寶size,粒粒又大又厚,鍋氣夠又無雪味, 而且都好大碟呀!正! 

🔮原隻鮑魚扒鵝翼
除咗烤鵝之外,成晚最開心食呢個餸,原隻鮑魚炆到好入味,好腍,啖啖肉咬落去,味道好正,仲有6隻咁多,而且鹵水鵝翼本身都醃得好入味,加埋個鮑魚汁蠔油芡,味濃又香,個汁勁好送飯呀! 

🔮清蒸游水海班
石班新鮮肉滑 ,火喉剛剛好!加埋個蒸魚豉油汁,好味! 

🔮菠蘿生炒骨
開頭無諗過D餸咁大碟,所以叫多個生炒骨,鍋氣好足,酸甜度剛好, 很開胃,而且用肉腓骨,所以半肥瘦肉又腍香,外面又脆,鍋氣小炒首選呀!

Other Info. : 通常去深井食鵝既人都會揸車入去,裕記自設停車場,訂枱果時講低話要停車就可以了!
