今日去咗灣仔行街 見到呢間居酒屋 深夜都營業 星期四至星期六更加開到凌晨2點鐘 非常之方便附近上宵夜嘅朋友 雖然都已經幾夜 不過仲有幾多人喺度食緊嘢 我同朋友都想靜靜地 所以職員都好貼心咁帶咗我哋去個vip房度靜靜地食餐飯 首先有一個前菜 牛肉湯 係用牛舌黎整 肉質好細嫩 湯底亦都因為加咗黑椒嘅關係 幾惹味豬五花 肥肉同瘦肉分布平均 一層夾一層咁 層次好突出 而且燒完之後油脂逼哂出黎非常甘香雞肉棒 雞肉份量好足 加上特製既串燒醬汁 好好食燒牛小排 大家都知道牛小排係牛肉入面數一數二油脂重既部位 最岩就係燒 今次將牛小排既牛油溶化 再加上少少黑椒碎已經好惹味 原來再加少少秋葵 簡直畫龍點晴燒魷魚一夜干 同其他餐廳食到燒到乾既魷魚唔同 呢到燒到出面焦焦地 但內裡仲係有肉汁既 點少少海鹽已經鮮味十足沖繩豬肋骨湯麵 雖然好多人都唔會叫主食 但身為大胃王既我地又點會夠飽呢 呢個湯麵既麵質好有彈性 加上啲豬軟骨已經炆到啫喱狀 同開胃既子薑絲 真係好正鰻魚炒飯 用上富口感既珍珠米 淋上蛋味濃郁既日本蛋汁 加埋油脂同鮮味都頂級既鰻魚肉 成個配搭無論口感味道都令人十分滿足!
