To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我平時都會間唔中去金豪食飯.. 不過唔多.. 始終都係大排檔格局酒樓既價錢.. 雖然味道真係好味過酒樓好多.. 但係好多香港人都鐘意食環境多D.. 鐘意坐得舒服D.. 所以我都係第一次爸爸生日選擇左去金豪食呢餐生日飯.. 一坐低會先有一碟小食 - 手拍青瓜.. 通常個侍應一放低我就二話不說會食光光.. 我覺得個醋味適合再夾埋蒜頭爆香.. 太好味了.. 我屋企一行人都有十幾個所以叫到差不多十個餸.. 好豐富.. 叫左個蝦卷.. 都係招牌菜之一幾特別的.. 口感好脆.. 不過人少就唔建議叫呢樣.. 因為都幾多會好熱氣未必食得晒.. 多人一齊食少食多滋味嘛.. 不過如果覺得太熱氣都可以點一點個汁中和一下.. 酸酸地都不錯..蝦仁炒蛋食落同出面分別不大.. 可以不叫.. 同埋我自己本身都唔鐘意蛋加蔥落去一齊炒.. 另外呢個餸都係我每次必食的.. 和味井水花蛤.. 花蛤食落口都好新鮮.. 上湯味道又不算太咸.. 再加埋浸到入晒既粉絲一齊食,, 我覺得帶出晒成個餸味道..相比之下.. 就較其他餸無咁突出.. 食落就唔算特別好味.. 所以都唔多人係到食雞的.. 枱枱必叫招牌菜.. 就係呢味嗜嗜芥蘭炒

枱枱必叫招牌菜.. 就係呢味嗜嗜芥蘭炒爽肉煲.. 炒好左芥蘭會上碟先及一個預熱左既煲.. 之後先會將芥蘭倒落個煲度.. 炒幾下D香味就會湧出來.. 芥蘭都已經入晒味.. 認真色香味俱全!!!

避風塘炒蟹本身賣相都已經好靚.. 好鮮.. 而且我屋企人食晒D蟹連調味料粒粒都差不多消晒.. 因為炒得好香連飯都可以食到一碗..
