To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同一大班舊同學聚舊,嚟深水埗食傳統大牌檔得別有風味。依家室內嘅大排檔有冷氣,仲可以坐得耐啲。我哋今晚都係點啲傳統小炒小菜。豉油皇中蝦海蝦炸過所以食落口卜卜脆。蝦肉都多同埋夠厚實,蝦頭入面都有蝦膏,加埋個豉油香味十足,餸飯一流。椒鹽豆腐粒粒細嘅一口豆腐好滑,炸皮好薄,可以話係外脆內軟。調味嚟講椒鹽好香口唔會太辣。啫啫通菜通菜用煲上,夠晒熱辣辣。佢地加咗辣椒絲、瑤柱碎同蝦乾去炒,夠晒香口。艷影蝦球剝咗蝦殼嘅蝦球食落啖啖肉,外層係薄薄一片嘅炸粉,沾上沙拉醬。食落好開胃👍🏼米網蝦春卷網紋春卷炸到好脆口,但又唔會好重油膩感。總括嚟講大排檔野食質素好,小炒夠獲氣,炸物香口。鋪位大冷氣夠,一大班人食得夠爽👍🏼
