To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日趁禮拜日 屋企人一齊去咗奧海城想飲下茶食個包 所以就揀咗食呢間添好運啦深水埗嗰間就食得多 奧海城都係第一次個裝修真係好唔一樣㗎 好古色古香因為星期日所以出面好多人等 多數都係啲外國遊客我地等左一陣就入左去我地發現鋪頭最入果兩張六人枱係蚊仔嘅重災區可以有幾隻蚊仔圍住枝匙羹架 好恐怖我地自己換左啲餐具就叫野食我哋嗌左好多嘢食 有蝦餃燒賣叉燒包奶皇包馬拉糕仲有蝦腸齋腸蘿蔔糕菜苗餃春卷同埋糯米雞牛肉球 仲叫左個滑雞飯基本上menu啲野都叫左一次咁滯野食黎講又唔算話特別出色 都係普通茶樓嘅味個蘿蔔糕無煎過咁滯 奶皇包入面又1 pat咁一上菜就即刻食 驚又有蚊仔「嬲」住啲野食啲茶無咩味 感覺都係深水埗果邊正宗啲下次都係去返果邊食啦
