To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

👦🏻難得收工早，👧🏻又咁岩放假，👦🏻👧🏻兩個都想食泰國野🇹🇭，就黎到深水埗泰基隆。🌟泰式香葉辣肉碎炒飯份量十足，辣椒加九層塔呢兩樣香料炒埋果然夠鑊氣，免治豬肉肥瘦均勻，飯粒都炒到粒粒分明，如果唔食得辣既朋友仔記得嗌少辣，因為佢辣肉碎都有一定辣度🌶😋。🌟泰式海南雞配油飯🐓🍚海南雞好嫩滑，仲有必備嘅啫喱層👍🏻油飯重雞油味但唔會太油膩，依舊粒粒分明。酸醋汁酸酸味味又開胃🌶，配上海南雞真係一絕🐓。🌟泰式獅蚶獅蚶好新鮮，👦🏻覺得個獅蚶配上泰式酸辣汁真係好好食，平時出去大排檔食多數用酒醃，而醃上酸辣汁真係第一次食，好有新鮮感👍🏻。🌟泰式乾炒牛河牛肉份量頗多又滑身冇筋，河粉炒得乾身惹味。
