今次去到深水埗,唔入餐廳搵嘢食,捐窿捐罅搵到一間用筲箕嚟蒸河粉嘅小店(蒸櫃桶腸粉/手製瀨粉就聽過🤣)。估唔到小店人流不絕,好多附近街坊都會立食/買外賣返屋企食,絕對係性價比一流!🌟手撕雞筲箕河粉蒸河粉嘅筲箕痕跡輕而易見,河粉比較實色唔透光,證明落足料既米(用咗陳年梯米)嚟磨米漿,唔點溝粉,質感比平時蒸腸粉更幼滑。但又冇平時食既河粉咁彈牙,感覺上冇平時食嘅河粉咁油膩,更健康。每份河粉都會灑上花生碎🥜同菜脯粒,口感同味道都豐富👅。手撕雞🐔份量不少,落咗少少芝麻醬調味,再加埋青瓜絲十分匹配。記住一定要落埋秘製醬油,唔太鹹又有香濃嘅乾蔥同蒜味。🌟牛三寶筲箕河粉牛三寶就有齊牛腩、牛筋同牛肚。牛腩細細舊,帶有少少筋膜又唔會太韌。牛筋都炆得幾腍,有少少黏口。牛肚就唔算炆得好腍,有啲咬口。🌟火鴨絲碗仔翅呢度嘅碗仔翅有齊基本嘅冬菇絲同木耳絲,加上火鴨絲,三款配料都切得比較粗身有咬口。調味適中,唔會太杰身。
