難得到深水埗當然要把握機會一試區內特色美食,經過「粉制良品」相信不少人都與我一樣,正是被門外的河粉機動模型吸引。小店原來是全港首間即點即蒸手工筲箕河粉店,將陳年梯田糙米石磨成米漿,再用筲箕即蒸即切製成河粉。餐牌以筲箕河粉或撈麵為主,配料包括手撕雞、麻辣豬肚、滷肉等,除了可以雙拼或甚至三拼之外更可再加配青瓜絲、生菜、芫茜、辣菜脯等其他配菜。大腸筲箕河粉 ($34)大腸滷得軟彈入味並不帶絲毫腥羶,另加芫茜($3)、辣菜脯($5)及滷水蛋($8),寬身河粉掛汁一流,質感爽滑煙韌並富米香。牛腩筲箕河粉 ($36)牛腩蘿蔔($5)清甜無渣與牛腩向來是天作之合,牛筋軟腍但牛腩較瘦,另加辣菜脯($5)更加惹味。
