To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗抵食餃子店

經過深水埗隨便入左一間餃子小店，裝修都幾新淨，之後先發現原來係40年老字號小店。*椰菜餃上海麵 （6隻）手工餃子皮薄餡靚，椰菜餃餡料竟然仲有冬菇馬蹄，爽口既馬蹄令口感咁豐富，冬菇都好香。上海麵普通正常，湯底都沒咩特別。*淨湯鴛鴦餃子（10隻）韭菜餃餡料都有馬蹄蝦米，蝦米增加鮮味，馬蹄豐富口感，味道口感都十分平衡。椰菜餃同韭菜餃的肉偏少，食落十分清新。辣菜脯真係好辣，我就食唔到咁辣啦😅。雖然餐牌無寫明，但淨餃子可以兩溝，唔洗加💰就可以試曬2款。*豆腐花有得揀暖同凍既豆腐花，我就揀左暖既啦，真係好滑而且有豆味，本身加左薑糖水已經有少少甜，唔夠甜可以自己加黃糖粉，各方面都十分好。價錢💰：🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕味道😋：🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗環境🏡：🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
