一向都好鍾意食雞湯底嘅米線,同事之前介紹過深水埗福榮街有間叫醉藥雞好正,主打砂鍋雞米線🐔,有好多唔同款式,例如:雲吞雞、人蔘雞、胡椒豬肚雞等等。 平時去澳門我都好鍾意食砂鍋翅,疫情之下好耐無去澳門都食唔到,難得呢度有得食呀,即刻點啦,我點咗個砂鍋雞湯翅,個湯底係用新鮮雞熬製十幾個鐘而成,雞湯好鮮甜,有金華火腿香味,米線好爽滑,翅嘅份量都唔算少,價錢經濟實惠。米線套餐加$10有溏心醉蛋,蛋黃呈流心狀態,酒味濃郁。 小食醉三鮮有鮑魚、花螺、蝦,花雕酒味濃郁芬芳,鮑魚爽口帶嚼勁。蝦同花螺都新鮮。 皮蛋豆腐好滑身,切到一片一片,容易進食,皮蛋唔會有刺激喉嚨嘅感覺。 雞絲粉皮都好滑,煙煙韌韌,拌以青瓜、雞絲,開胃消暑。
