To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 深水埗米芝蓮星級茶居〝超預期★★★★★口味:5.0 環境:5.0 服務:5.0還是比較好找的,就在街邊,因為來的早不到6點,所以沒有等位,等吃完了6:30 7:00差不多就要排大隊了。算是最平民化的米其林了吧,整體價位不貴。每種點心味道都在線,比較突出的是酥皮叉燒包,酥皮很脆,叉燒很多也甜的恰到好處。黑芝麻糕算是新品,軟軟糯糯又q彈,甜甜的。紅油抄手一份只有五個,但是味調的很好吃,甜辣。陳皮牛肉球配上紅醋也不錯。
