環境好光猛,枱與枱之間都幾闊落,餐廳盡量分開其他食客。上菜前侍應好主動拎熱水盤比我哋洗餐具,食得安心。豐鍋招牌麻辣雞煲(半隻) $188上枱雞件大約八成熟,店員炒幾分鐘, 叮囑我哋由細件雞肉開始食起。雞煲味好香,雞肉都好嫩滑,越煮越香辣,好惹味,但略嚴雞肉唔夠好入味。 食曬啲雞肉之後就可以咁店員加湯打邊爐啦。手工即炸魚皮 $53係原條炸魚皮上,好大塊,足足長過個煲,第一次見咁既炸魚皮,好特別。 魚皮非常薄脆,浸落啲湯度依然keep到脆卜卜,冇油益味,表面放咗少少椒鹽做調味,值得一試。特級牛柳粒 $88粒粒都有雪花,雖然唔算好均勻,但肥瘦適中,唔會太肥,食落好軟腍,有油脂香,因為係粒狀,打邊爐都可以所以鎖住肉汁。花心蟹粉丸 $53邊有脆卜卜的蟹子,幾彈牙。皇帝菜 $42食咁多肉要食返啲菜來清一清先。皇帝菜洗得好乾淨,且而好新鮮,食落冇揸。蝶豆花雪梨特 $42做型好吸引有漸變效果,雪梨味好清甜,唔會過甜。水蜜桃梳打 $42下面係好甜既糖漿,一定要攪勻先好飲,梳打好夠氣。
