《料理X空間》係最近喺深水埗新開業嘅Fusion泰菜餐廳,個廚之前係做西餐出身,好多食物都好有質素。餐廳由老闆、廚到店員都好nice。好好傾又有趣。傾計時得知食材係佢地自己入貨嘅新鮮肉。烹煮過程唔用味精。真係好用心。當日我地試咗開胃前菜:砵酒鴨肝醬野莓窩夫 $88牛油果蝦酸薑米紙卷 3件$68伴碟嘅沙律係一個驚喜,睇得出用心製作一絲不苟,因為用嘅係新鮮沙律菜除咗預設嘅柚子醋,仲可以問老闆轉黑醋豐富主菜:冬陰功海鮮燴麵 $178馬介休炒菜苗 $78星馬肉骨茶 $98佢仲有個斧頭豬扒。本身我唔食牛,成日想試斧頭扒但係都冇機會試不過今次得我同一個女仔朋友,怕叫咗個斧頭扒就試唔到其他嘢(呢個決定都係好正確,最終我地食到打包)所以決定下次多幾個朋友黎再試。老闆仲話周時有期間限定菜式,係餐牌上面冇嘅,有少少私房菜嘅做法。如果想訂枱食飯不妨問多句,睇吓師傅當晚有咩發板。飲品:LATTE $38荔枝梳打 $58

伴碟嘅沙律係一個驚喜,睇得出用心製作一絲不苟,因為用嘅係新鮮沙律菜
除咗預設嘅柚子醋,仲可以問老闆轉黑醋
