足四至五両,選用了近年大熱的太湖貨,踫上這兩星期是大閘蟹最靚的日子,就連白蟹膏都吃到,雖然未如上年的澎湃,但依然肉質甜美,再呷一口薑茶來暖胃,真的很舒服。

蟹皇醬吉列龍躉塊

Deep-fried Garoupa with Crab Paste

單是伴碟的兩碗蟹粉,放在另一間以杭州菜聞名的菜館,恐怕已過千了,龍躉塊是即炸,入口依然帶點熱氣,就算分兩次炸,魚塊的色澤仍是金黃色的,碟底毫無多餘的油份,大廚在油溫的掌控上有一手,咬落鬆化,再蘸點了蟹粉,更加添了鮮味,絕對值得推介。

香檳汁海皇蟹粉焗飯

Baked Rice with Assorted Seafood and Crab Roe in Champagne Sauce

用上小盅去焗,份量啱啱好,除了蟹粉,更有蝦仁及魚柳,蓋面的香檳汁烘至微焦,香氣更盛,而置底的炒飯,粒顆分明,非常乾身,拌和了海鮮料一齊食,實在惹味。

黑糖薑茶湯丸

Sweetened Ginger Tea with Glutinous Dumplings

壓軸的甜品,當然是中式糖水,湯丸只有兩粒,用的是麻蓉餡,一口一粒剛剛好,薑茶呷落帶少許辛勁,好啱我。

每次到訪龍苑,都很欣賞店方在傳統菜色上紮實的表現,也許未能像某些雕龍雕鳳又奪星的餐廳,能帶來視覺上的享受,但如果閣下想好好吃一頓毫不花巧,又能食傳統風味的餐廳,龍苑確實是一個理想的選擇。
