To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間茶餐廳開業幾天，來試試，怎知混亂一片，取票後完全不知道叫號叫到什麼，顯示版位置太低，完全看不到及被人群遮住，入口太細，等位的客人完全跟買麵包的客人，打成一遍，你推我撞，不知道他們公司是怎樣設計的。侍應也好像遊魂一樣，不知道自己做什麼。吃完付款的時候，收銀員完全scan不到我的單，不停問我吃了什麼吃了什麼，我已經回覆她兩次，她也不停在問我，最後我叫她在系統內重新輸入我吃過的食物，當我用八達通付款的時候，她又說因為我的單在系統內找不到，堅持要我用現金付款。我真的不知道這間茶餐廳的服務是怎樣訓練出來的。我當天叫了下午荼菠蘿油王黑糖紅豆冰，菠蘿油完全不合格，菠蘿包應該是Overcooked，吃的時候，包是很煙靭，完全沒有鬆化的感覺，好似食緊擦膠一樣。希望餐廳看到這個評分，改善一下吧。
