又到我嘅生日月份,朋友請食飯,佢帶咗去大坑一間西餐廳食飯。入到去空間感幾足,每張枱距離足夠,幾舒服。水牛芝士蕃茄,蕃茄油唔同顏色同甜度,加埋煙韌的芝士,同埋少少黑醋乃橄欖油,味道非常適合夏天。另外叫咗個蒜片蝦肉,裏面除咗蒜片仲有其他配菜,所以味道更加清甜,仲有少少西班牙火腿肉提升肉味。鴨胸蘑菇扁意粉,意粉顏色非常對板,金黃色入口彈牙有蛋香,面有少少芝士碎,拌勻食嘅時候口感更加香濃,鴨肉加埋芝士入口味道不錯,蘑菇味道出奇地好突出。呢度最出名嘅焗乳豬,係光皮乳豬,乳豬上枱熱辣辣,個外皮非常香脆,咬開香濃又多肉汁,而且調味剛剛好,食到肉香味,真係好耐冇食過咁好味嘅乳豬。最後叫咗一個蘋果拿破崙,賣相精緻,肉桂蘋果加吉士,酸味之中帶甜味,加埋杏仁片及酥皮,口感不錯。整體餐廳幾清幽,配合大坑嘅氣氛,餐牌得一張紙,所以食物烹調夠專心又一致。
