To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不下多次聽朋友說沙嗲軒的新加坡美食怎樣怎樣好吃，最近終於相約到好友一起到香港富麗敦海洋公園酒店的「沙嗲軒」試試。餐廳設計很是特別，首先要經過一條長長的走廊進入大廳，兩邊玻璃飾櫃內放滿不同的花朵，室內以綠白色為主色調，令人像走進一個大花園一樣；安坐其中，很有親親大自然的感覺。有點口喝，先叫個椰青解解喝，椰水味道香甜，果肉爽嫩好吃，唔錯。第一道上的菜是「辣椒花甲配炸饅頭」，微辣酸甜的醬汁配上鮮嫩的花甲，更能食出其鮮味；配上香脆的饅頭，真是非常好吃，如不是怕太飽，必定叫多碟炸饅頭來送醬汁。之後是香濃惹味的「胡椒龍蝦」，黑胡椒辛辣和獨特的香氣，有效提升龍蝦的鮮甜味，更添風味；蝦肉緊實有彈性，又香又甜，不錯吃。這個四人家庭拼盤，內有沙嗲雞肉及豬肉各4串、椰香咖喱牛腩、印度千層油酥餅4塊、咖喱角4件、半隻招牌海南雞連油飯，食材豐盛；當中沙嗲串及海南雞飯最為吸引，雞肉嫩滑，美味可口，價錢也只需$988，值得一試！😋食了這麼多惹味的菜式，這味爽脆鮮甜的鹹魚炒芥蘭，正好為之後的甜品清清味蕾。我們選了三款甜品，包括：馬六甲椰汁西米布甸、椰汁黑糯米及娘惹紅豆刨冰。三款甜品也非常出色，尤其喜歡當中的刨冰，
