To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於中環大館，古色古香嘅英國建築中，有間與別不同嘅中式茶店，而且仲要係素食餐廳，大家打咭之餘仲可以試下傳統點心X 新派素食! 🫖蒸類點心: 🥢點心薑汁小籠包🥢黑松露燒賣🥢迷你荷葉糯米包特別喜歡黑松露燒賣，雖然沒有豬肉嘅彈牙口感，但用上素蟹柳，素豬肉及鮮菇粉調味，非常鮮味，一啲都唔覺得單調。🫖小食: 🥢素芝士春卷中式炸春卷竟然用上vegan cheese，真係好驚喜，素芝士炸完仍然保留鹹香，春卷炸得非常香脆，唔需要點醬汁都好好味。🫖廚師推介: 🥢豉油王炒素牛腸粉🥢香煎鍋貼🥢香煎蘿蔔糕素牛肉個顏色及外型真係好似一片片薄牛肉，但食落就豆味豐富，口感煙靭，非常特別。另外鍋貼一咬爆汁，素鮮味💯！！🫖特色甜點:🥢馬拉糕夠moist夠鬆軟，黃糖味好香。🍵茶：冷泡蜜香紅茶：清新解熱暑，茶香淡淡冇苦澀。玫瑰普洱：普洱濃厚，香味持久，配上玫瑰有淡淡幽香。
