To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

友人好有心寄咗張城景國際嘅紅桑子蘭香子十勝紅豆糕劵, 早前經過攞咗尋晚先試. 呢個新派賀年糕品顏色紅噹噹好應節. 紅桑子啫喱微酸. 蘭香子有嚼頭, 好似食緊火龍果籽咁, 佢膳食纖維豐富, 可減肥消脂. 十勝紅豆粒粒圓大肉厚, 豆味濃郁, 咬落好有口感. 紅豆糕微甜加上微酸紅桑子, 食落好清新, 唔會好似食其他甜糕如年糕般飽膩, 不失為清新賀年糕品選擇.
