To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 湯飯一直是我的至愛,无奈胃不爭氣,不敢常吃。今天中午才去一直都想試的湯加試試這家店的泡飯。中午一點到餐廳门口,却仍有五六人在排隊。走進去拿号,被告知一人位有空余。坐下方知餐牌在每張餐桌的下面暗格中,香港人善用每一寸地方。點了胡椒豬肚湯配三色飯,五分鐘左右便上菜了。除了豬肚,仲有四五塊雞。湯頭比不上蛇王x家的濃郁,與一般茶樓的胡椒豬肚湯差不多。三色飯用蒸钵上,三種米的顆粒都幾大粒,亦蒸得恰到好處。52元的價格算是合理。
