To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一到午餐時分中環當然周圍都多人還好一早訂好位一到看看餐牌看到他們有特飲 － 黄金時代內裡有熱情果,香橙,菠蘿,蘋果味道都不錯帶一點點酸味吊吊胃燒鵝就可以吧清湯翅湯味很好我愛喝這濃郁湯味足料燒賣賣相可以味道就沒太大特別我也還是頭一次吃這鮮淮山感覺黏黏的不過這個醬也不錯一點點酸酸甜甜開胃之選這龍皇餃賣相確吸引而且內裡滿滿都是肉加上辣椒油不錯喔整個午餐最愛的都是這燕窩鷓鴣粥清清香味而且軟滑而且無味精這次午餐比較清淡而且沒太多味精健康之選
