To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日大魚大肉,有時都要清清地,為健康加油。今晚等爸媽休息下,約埋佢哋一齊去開餐。這家齋舖又幾大,感覺很乾淨舒服,而且餸菜選擇都算多,今晚由爸爸話事,幾款都好味道又會會太鹹。自製齋滷味:我最愛的齋燒鵝整得好好味,調味辣汁的味道剛剛好。紅燒竹苼翅:好足料,竹苼同木耳都好多,個湯羹清清地,配埋竹苼同翅,啖啖都咁豐富。五柳素仙班:睇表面的確同平時係出面食既唔同,但食落佢又炸得個面好鬆化,芋蓉好軟唔會太實肉,配甜酸汁真係好夾。鮮淮山炒南瓜:用椰汁炒,好有椰香味,好特別,淮山同南瓜好淋好入味。
