To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有時清清地唔想食咁多肉間唔中都會陪屋企人去四周圍食下素菜今日試左呢間之前喺深水埗開ge齋舖依加搬到黃大仙ge齋舖我鍾意食素菜ge 時候睇個廚師功架點樣將啲素食煮到好似肉咁咕嚕肉肉質係用猴頭菇做同以往食開ge 好唔同中間仲會有一支甘蔗😅所以唔可以一啖咬落去因為會咬崩牙🤣🤣個汁酸酸甜甜好開胃配菜仲有青瓜紅椒綠椒菠蘿份量都幾大碟雜錦炒飯炒飯入面有青豆、欖菜、粟米、紅蘿蔔粒估唔到用欖菜炒出嚟嘅炒飯有幾特別 好有鹹香
