茶餐廳比較少碰到湯飯就算有，大多都要鴨腿湯飯清湯牛腩飯，用上爽腩切成細件配以芹菜，冬菜，白蘿蔔湯底呈乳白色，味濃有蘿蔔清香牛腩夠焾且入味可惜的是湯底太鹹，浪廢了
