小時候住在柴灣,現在久不久也會回來。威利華在柴灣已經很久了,年年月月經過這麼多風浪屹立不倒,裝修也沒有太大的變化。對於這地區來說,可算是一間很經典的茶餐廳。不知大家知不知道以前他們晚上會供應鐵板扒餐。不過現在已經沒有了。可能柴灣茶餐廳的選擇不多,今天早上十點來到差不多全場滿座。侍應也很勤快,我也很快地點了餐。不消一會牛扒已經遞上。牛扒餐($31) - 多士烘得脆脆的,不太乾。正常煎蛋。牛扒醃製過,不過放牛扒的汁咸了一點。其實不放汁已很夠味。不過還是喜歡這裏的煎牛扒的鑊氣多過大家樂。奶茶入口可以,奶可以放少一點,嫌它不是太夠熱。下次再來的時候,再為大家介紹我一個常點的午餐。

牛扒餐($31) - 多士烘得脆脆的,不太乾。正常煎蛋。牛扒醃製過,不過放牛扒的汁咸了一點。其實不放汁已很夠味。不過還是喜歡這裏的煎牛扒的鑊氣多過大家樂。
奶茶入口可以,奶可以放少一點,嫌它不是太夠熱。

2017年第一餐,想住同男友求其係附近食d野,懶得行,成日都見呢間野好多人係門口等位,以為OK,點知係一個中伏既開始。入到去,好快有位,見到果下午茶Menu冇乜得選,事旦左果炸雞脾下午茶餐 $28,一上枱,睇落好似炸得好正咁,我仲幫隻雞脾影左張好靚既相,想住同大家Sharing,點知一拎起成攤血係雞脾底,叫姐姐換,姐姐都好好人幫我換。點鬼知,之後拎黎果碟,有幾條薯條沾到d雞血,(大佬呀,你唔換就咪鬼換喇,整得呢樣黎,果樣又唔食得)。而且翻炸雞脾又乾又硬,食落味道仲偏咸,我相信都係只此一次,其實都唔明點解呢間野成日都坐到爆晒,又唔係特別好食 & 平,唔會再幫襯。

茶餐廳比較少碰到湯飯就算有,大多都要鴨腿湯飯清湯牛腩飯,用上爽腩切成細件配以芹菜,冬菜,白蘿蔔湯底呈乳白色,味濃有蘿蔔清香牛腩夠焾且入味可惜的是湯底太鹹,浪廢了

多年前曾去過, 食物很不錯.事隔多年與家母再去, 水準仍在.多士, 乾炒牛河 仍然非常好吃.多士送來還是暖暖的, 乾炒牛河 不油不膩.店鋪雖不大, 但長期還是很多人去吃飯, 證明水準真的不錯.價錢也是很大眾化.

又到左下午茶嘅時候啦。今次呢我就揀左去一間開業已久嘅茶餐廳食tea。雖然內裏裝修已經非常殘舊,但就彷彿充滿住人情味。每次嚟我都一定會嗌炸雞脾,薯條跟熱朱,今次都唔例外。佢嘅炸雞脾其實真係好好食,啱啱炸完就上碟,熱辣辣咁好香口。雖然佢係炸嘅,但就唔會食到成口都係油,雞肉亦係好嫩,唔會話老曬,而個重點就係佢每隻雞脾都好大隻嫁!薯條方面就算不過不失,份量就唔算太多啦,不過茶餐嚟講都算係咁啦。熱朱味道濃郁,明顯有落夠朱古力粉,唔似得其他餐廳。總括嚟講都好值得推介嘅。
