To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在荃灣轉車，經過兆和街，見到「清湯」兩字，立即清湯腩癮起，果斷進去食個下午茶。看到食店在網上蠻多資料的，好像挺有名，進去，橫樑掛著霸氣的「生龍清湯腩」招牌，心想老闆應該對自家的清湯腩很自信。清湯腩河粉$56一於點個清湯腩河粉，半肥瘦，不算貴。牛腩炆得既腍軟又爽口，半肥不瘦，牛肉味濃，清湯清淡。酥炸雲吞$42突然想食炸雲吞，明知超出一人分量，但還是任性點了。雲吞裡有鮮蝦、豬肉，比例剛剛好，味道餡料飽滿，炸得非常香脆。鹹檸蜜$18賣相一般，但味道清新，不錯。
