To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎到大尾篤,一見就見到忠誠~唔想食意大利野,而佢d下午茶都okie,所以就入左去~d服務生個個都著住泰國既服裝,好得意~望下menu,都唔知叫咩好,就叫左紫菜扎肉金邊粉+椰青~<紫菜扎肉金邊粉>湯好濃味,大概主要係d魚露味濃~紫菜比想像中小,d扎肉好似冇乜扎肉既味道,不過佢d金邊粉真係好爽口彈牙好喜歡呢種口感!!!<椰青>不得不讚呢個大大既椰青~好大好多汁(還有小小椰青肉),好清甜~成日係屋企切椰青都好困難,究竟d廚師係點樣可以切得咁靚既呢??真係一種學問
