To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

華姐清湯腩果然名不虛傳，咁多年聽嚟聽去邊間食腩河最好食，大多數人嘅答案都係走唔出幾間，而第一間一定係華姐清湯腩，雖然今次係我第二次食，但對上一次已經係兩年前嘅事，今次食個“回頭河”味道依舊清甜好味，我叫最愛嘅崩沙腩河加白蘿蔔，一碗河嘅靈魂主要係個湯，佢嘅湯清甜，飲晒成碗湯之後都唔覺口喝，崩沙腩夠入味，河粉軟硬適中，只可惜白蘿蔔比較淡味，不過整體都分滿意。大家嚟食要睇清楚，旁邊有間叫大利清湯腩，裝修同主打都同華姐一樣，千奇唔好“入錯麵檔食錯河”。
