單看四季文昌這個名字已經有幾份書卷味,店內裝潢亦非常符合,古董書架、文青風格。我最欣賞就是他的主打,原味海南椰子文昌雞鍋,以新鮮椰青水作湯頭,再加上新鮮雞,這麼簡單,已經無得輸!原味海南椰子文昌雞鍋湯頭清澈,透明如水,味道卻是非常鮮美,潤到不得了!雞亦有質素,細細件冇厚脂肪、唔係打針雞, 肉質有彈性,吃得我們津津有味,每人分到五六碗湯水,全清不浪費!因為走海南風格,火鍋調味料與別不同,沒有麻油鼓油,只有砂薑、桔仔及紅辣椒,因為椰子雞鍋味道清甜,應該更加欣賞原味,海南人喜歡加入極酸的桔仔於湯頭,香酸醒神,確有海南特色。冬日套餐分量相當豐富,$438套餐 包括原味椰子文昌雞半隻、三文魚刺身、海南沙薑脆豬手、安格斯牛小排、海南手工丸、健康野菜籃、養生菇菌籃及日本稻庭烏冬。因為假期有特別套餐優惠,今日加$188,便可以加多個鍋,三款選擇:雪濃牛骨湯配牛肉拼盤、昆布鰹魚湯配黑毛和牛肩胛肉、蕃茄麵包蟹湯配是日海鮮拼盤,我們選了前者。換過火鍋湯頭絕對是個好主意,除了貪心多試一款之外,牛骨湯與和牛更加夾。話說過來,各款和牛質素絕非最頂級,但尚算香嫩肥美,吃得開心。最後的烏冬不要錯過,質感滑溜,與雪濃湯
