To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無咁樣寫長文 襯幾個會中間有時間就把握機會寫先寫文拖得愈耐對食物既印像就愈模糊到時寫得就會無咁到位前文提到早前跟SSI師兄師姐到左銅鑼灣既富臨食左開年飯信和個度其實有時都會去坐房食晚飯好似係第一次☺️有師兄安排菜單所以拎支酒黎就做free rider等食今晚8道菜 11個人12支酒岩岩好 至於點解唔係人頭酒稍後再解釋第一道係《黃金帶子多士》咸蛋黃醬濃郁加埋帶子同多士都唔會好膩 (但真係一件就好 話晒都幾邪惡下)加上蝦多士都比較常食到試下新組合衝擊下味蕾都好啊跟住到《瑤柱焗釀蟹蓋》第一次食到蟹肉比例咁高既焗蟹蓋味道鮮甜加上洋蔥熟左既甜味所以香味鮮度同甜度都好好如果要挑剔我會話洋蔥切得比較粗大食落口感相對係會有少少既進歩空間 《香檳汁蜜瓜龍蝦球》絕對係是日驚喜作每粒蜜瓜球都用左bollinger香檳浸漬食落口有甜味又有香檳既味道十分出色龍蝦既熟度係岩岩好 沾上汁醬同食 再呷一口清酒真係好享受賣相就睇相都令人好驚艷 Ig用黎呃like都幾無得輸接著落黎既《百花釀雞翼》都係我好喜歡既一道賣相簡單但佢雞皮酥脆但不過火 雞肉軟滑加上富彈性既蝦餃填滿左雞翼係一款做得出色既心機菜《燒汁焗牛尾》既牛尾

跟住到《瑤柱焗釀蟹蓋》
第一次食到蟹肉比例咁高既焗蟹蓋
味道鮮甜加上洋蔥熟左既甜味所以香味鮮度同甜度都好好
如果要挑剔我會話洋蔥切得比較粗大
食落口感相對係會有少少既進歩空間

本身今晚係一日一支清酒既人頭酒
不過有位師姐就拎左支餐廳先前同馬爹利crossover 既極限量既陳皮干邑請大家飲
單係聞香就好有驚喜
飲落好舒服好順滑 做餐後酒真心一流
呢支酒出量好少仲用左4款酒調配再加埋陳皮浸制
大家飲完都立即問餐廳會唔會出想訂黎自用同送人

呢一餐我食得好開心既一個位係佢既份量
基本上係預得剛剛好
(多左煎麵線其實份量係偏多左些少 但都無過飽)
同過食界前輩朋友交流 野食份量拿捏得好係好重要
因為幾好食都好
預太多會因為太飽影響左本身對個餐既印像
(簡單講係 你會記得係個餐好飽唔係好好味 )
當然太少要搞到溝貨又係唔得🫣
所以拿捏得準 係學問
