適逢紀念日,特登Book呢間日本料理,果然冇令人失望最令人驚喜嘅係佢哋嘅清酒Set🍶 出面好少見,按清酒果香味同烈度排序「薰、爽、醇、熟」,一次過可以試晒四款酒,店員仲會教你配搭邊一類食物,真係好細心另外最想讚佢哋嘅北海道銀鱈魚西京燒!真係好好味,估唔到個燒物食落可以甘鮮嫩同香口,賣相唔係最吸引,但係味道一流刺身盛合都係時令野,有牡丹蝦、帶子,、深海池魚、拖羅等等,推薦大家要試下配唔同清酒款,比較一下配酒同原味,會發覺鮮味同油脂會更平衡難得一場嚟到,特登叫咗個特別少少嘅花膠地雞肉棒嚟打卡,味道唔係想像中咁特別,但創意分爆燈,不妨一試見到個海膽卡邦尼意粉同宮崎和牛壽喜燒,所以叫咗嚟試下,味道唔錯,不過如果兩個人食就開始有啲full,有多個人一齊share就更加prefect
