平時唔小心食多咗,多肉多飯真係會好易就變成肥仔🫠 做幾多運動都好難控制體重。今次同朋友黎到上環呢間餐廳主打高蛋白menu嘅健康主食餐~ 真係可以話係健身一族减脂必選💪🏻🥢 Salmon The Classic揀了壽司飯配沙律菜。呢碟入面配料三文魚,牛油果,青瓜,蔥花,檸檬,芝麻撈自製醬油。呢碗以三文魚為主,三文魚嘅份量非常多,牛油果又係完整的半個,非常足料!而壽司飯酸味味,刺激胃口之餘,又夠健康又有營養,蛋白質非常豐富!🥢Moo-Moo Onsen Bowl揀了糙米飯🌟配沙律菜。呢碟入面配料有牛腱肉,蕃茄洋蔥莎莎,芒果,溫泉蛋,紫洋蔥,芝麻撈埋自製醬油。 牛腱肉質算幾嫩滑多汁,好鍾意加入蕃茄洋蔥莎莎同芒果,甜甜地,味道豐富又特別。而個溫泉蛋流心爆漿,增添不少口感😌🫖套餐有配冷熱特飲,今次淨係叫咗簡單檸茶檸水。下次再叫特飲
