早排同朋友去過銅鑼灣一間川菜餐廳,餐廳唔算華麗但一出lift就已經聞到好大陣酸菜魚味!我地兩個唔算好餓所以都係點左兩碟招牌送飯,就係酸菜鱸魚同陳醋菠菜。第一碟係冷盤既菠菜,菠菜食得多但落陳醋真係小食,食起黎爽口同埋酸酸甜甜,再加埋花生真係越吃越開胃!送飯一流!酸菜魚上台果刻我己經覺得好香,魚肉好滑而且無咩骨。整體魚肉好鮮美,酸菜的味道唔會話太濃同爽口。湯裡有好多桂花,一黃一紅兩種辣椒🌶️,可以話吊起晒d味之餘仲有點麻香。我個人都幾中意呢間d野食,平時川菜比我既印象係爆油,減肥果時一定唔會想食。但自從試完呢間之後就有所改觀,下次一定會再幫襯!
