To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去左太興燒味食佢哋嘅燒鵝燒肉飯,話真係,燒鵝食落仲算可以,味道係唔錯嘅。但係問題係,佢哋嘅叉燒太瘦啦!叉燒應該係要有啲肥肉先係啱口感,太瘦嘅話就冇咁多肉汁同香味。所以,如果你係叉燒愛好者,就要留意下啦,可能唔係最理想嘅選擇。總括黎講,太興燒味嘅燒鵝燒肉飯係食得過,但係叉燒嘅部分就有啲可惜。希望店家可以改進啦,畢竟叉燒係燒味攤嘅一大賣點!
