To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 又一次中伏,原因是朋友想飲奶茶,就想起太興,為有順從朋友意願一起去太興,服務員招呼很好又友善,點好食物還麻煩了服務員多次添。因為按多了一次同款食物已落單,為有叫服務員幫忙取消,他們都非常落意幫忙,很快就已經處理好了。之後我的义燒到了,咬過兩件都無辦法咬得開😅有諗過算了,但諗諗🤔唔係喎,我的是义燒麵,連义燒一件都咬不開咁我咪即是吃麵?咁我就同服務員講:我一件义燒麵咬唔倒😅服務員很快做決定,同我講:你的麵照食,我幫你攞過一些义燒過來!以前我都沒有出聲就算數,只想著:別再來就是了! 沒想到原來服務員係會理會你的感受🥰希望太興重視自家品牌形象吧!一直都標榜自家的燒味,連簡單的义燒都做不好👎,叫客人吃甚麼呢?為何我之前說唔想再去 太興?都是燒味出問題,碟燒味好似跌倒過執返起砌回就給我,碟飯除了似打風的亂,還有是似餸頭餸尾砌成的。燒腩的皮也不脆口,整碟飯餸都是凍冰冰的。 continue reading

去左太興燒味食佢哋嘅燒鵝燒肉飯,話真係,燒鵝食落仲算可以,味道係唔錯嘅。但係問題係,佢哋嘅叉燒太瘦啦!叉燒應該係要有啲肥肉先係啱口感,太瘦嘅話就冇咁多肉汁同香味。所以,如果你係叉燒愛好者,就要留意下啦,可能唔係最理想嘅選擇。總括黎講,太興燒味嘅燒鵝燒肉飯係食得過,但係叉燒嘅部分就有啲可惜。希望店家可以改進啦,畢竟叉燒係燒味攤嘅一大賣點! continue reading

好久冇去太興晚餐了,陪友人揀了兩份餐,除咗燒味、冰鎮奶茶 以外,呢個椒鹽鮮魷套餐,也是值得推薦大家!椒鹽鮮魷外皮酥脆可口,肉質鮮嫩多汁,調味恰到好處,最重要都係肉質新鮮,讓我每一口都能感受到魷魚的鮮美,那椒鹽的微妙風味則增添了海鮮的層次感,配有少許炸蒜蓉丶紅椒丶青椒,鮮嫩的鮮魷沾上濃郁的椒鹽調味,不會過於鹹或辣,廚師那完美的配搭及掌控,完美平衡了鹹鮮和香脆的味覺體驗。這道菜的烹調技巧獨到,即叫即炸,讓魷魚保持了最佳的口感,由落單到上枱不足十分鐘,顯示出廚師的精湛手藝,那鮮香四溢的口感,讓食客食指大動,一口接一口,停不下來。幸好份量這道菜份量算合理,有十多片,可與友人分享,都是令人非常滿意的選擇,而其他小菜都不過不失,確實值得一試。 continue reading

這家的燒味一直很有名,除了試一下燒味外更想試試它的杏汁豬肺湯。自從在另一家餐廳喝過就一直對那個味道念念不忘,可惜豬肺清洗的過程太繁瑣,自己沒有時間做。偶然看到這家餐廳有,而且口碑一直不錯,就去試了一下。真的很❗️好❗️喝❗️❗️那杏仁味香之餘不會太濃,調味剛好,讓人喝完想再喝。另外叉燒也很好吃,我叫了半肥瘦叉燒,外層不會像其他地方那樣硬硬的,整塊叉燒看起來肥肉不多,但吃下去很嫩,一點都不柴,差點就想單獨再叫一碟了。它的咖哩也很不錯,用薯角和牛筋腩來煮,牛筋已經很軟嫩,薯角吸收了充滿椰香味的咖哩汁,吃起來很滿足😍🤤 continue reading
