Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 去左太興燒味食佢哋嘅燒鵝燒肉飯,話真係,燒鵝食落仲算可以,味道係唔錯嘅。但係問題係,佢哋嘅叉燒太瘦啦!叉燒應該係要有啲肥肉先係啱口感,太瘦嘅話就冇咁多肉汁同香味。所以,如果你係叉燒愛好者,就要留意下啦,可能唔係最理想嘅選擇。總括黎講,太興燒味嘅燒鵝燒肉飯係食得過,但係叉燒嘅部分就有啲可惜。希望店家可以改進啦,畢竟叉燒係燒味攤嘅一大賣點!

好久冇去太興晚餐了,陪友人揀了兩份餐,除咗燒味、冰鎮奶茶 以外,呢個椒鹽鮮魷套餐,也是值得推薦大家!椒鹽鮮魷外皮酥脆可口,肉質鮮嫩多汁,調味恰到好處,最重要都係肉質新鮮,讓我每一口都能感受到魷魚的鮮美,那椒鹽的微妙風味則增添了海鮮的層次感,配有少許炸蒜蓉丶紅椒丶青椒,鮮嫩的鮮魷沾上濃郁的椒鹽調味,不會過於鹹或辣,廚師那完美的配搭及掌控,完美平衡了鹹鮮和香脆的味覺體驗。這道菜的烹調技巧獨到,即叫即炸,讓魷魚保持了最佳的口感,由落單到上枱不足十分鐘,顯示出廚師的精湛手藝,那鮮香四溢的口感,讓食客食指大動,一口接一口,停不下來。幸好份量這道菜份量算合理,有十多片,可與友人分享,都是令人非常滿意的選擇,而其他小菜都不過不失,確實值得一試。

這家的燒味一直很有名,除了試一下燒味外更想試試它的杏汁豬肺湯。自從在另一家餐廳喝過就一直對那個味道念念不忘,可惜豬肺清洗的過程太繁瑣,自己沒有時間做。偶然看到這家餐廳有,而且口碑一直不錯,就去試了一下。真的很❗️好❗️喝❗️❗️那杏仁味香之餘不會太濃,調味剛好,讓人喝完想再喝。另外叉燒也很好吃,我叫了半肥瘦叉燒,外層不會像其他地方那樣硬硬的,整塊叉燒看起來肥肉不多,但吃下去很嫩,一點都不柴,差點就想單獨再叫一碟了。它的咖哩也很不錯,用薯角和牛筋腩來煮,牛筋已經很軟嫩,薯角吸收了充滿椰香味的咖哩汁,吃起來很滿足😍🤤
